2025-26 NEXT Small Group (Oikos) Leadership Application

Why serve as a small group (oikos) leader?
Jesus was a small group leader! Serving as a small group leader is a wonderful way you can follow Jesus in serving others.

What does a small group leader do?
The primary role of a small group leader is to facilitate discussion.

In order to support you in this role, we will have 3 leadership meetings on Wednesdays 9/10, 9/17, and 9/24. Most of the meeting will be spent studying the curriculum, The Gospel-Centered Community.

Important date: All prospective leaders are required to attend a half-day (9am-3pm) leadership orientation and training on 8/30.
